Leicester City Council’s Arts and Museums section have undertaken a major redevelopment of their German Expressionist art collection, funded by Arts Council England. As a part of this process the importance of the collection was evaluated and a series of reports by independent art experts were commissioned, to assess and evidence the significance of the collection nationally and internationally.
